Silverado's Dmitri Alperovitch appointed to DHS's new Cyber Safety Review Board
Silverado Policy Accelerator is thrilled to announce that its Co-Founder and Executive Chairman Dmitri Alperovitch has been appointed to the Department of Homeland Security's new Cyber Safety Review Board.
In a statement following the announcement of the board, Mr. Alperovitch said, "I am honored to join the Department of Homeland Security's new Cyber Safety Review Board (CSRB). I would like to thank Secretary Mayorkas and Director Easterly for the opportunity to work with a world-class group of experts under the leadership of Chair Rob Silvers and Deputy Chair Heather Adkins.
CSRB has a critically important function to review significant cyber events and write comprehensive assessments and lessons-learned recommendations that can be implemented by government and industry. Our first review to be completed within 90 days of start will focus on Log4J, one of the most impactful cyber vulnerabilities in recent memory. I’m looking forward to rolling up the sleeves and getting to work!"
Additional details on the CSRB, as well as a complete list of its members, can be found on DHS's website. And congratulations, Dmitri!
