At the World Trade Organization's 2022 Trade and Environment Week in Geneva, Silverado Policy Accelerator sponsored a side event on "Practical Trade Solutions to Facilitate Circular Economy." The event featured a keynote address from United States Ambassador María Pagán, a closing statement from Chilean Ambassador Sofia Boza, and a panel discussion moderated by Silverado's Co-Founder and Executive Chair Maureen Hinman.

The event explored ways for the WTO leadership and institutions to accelerate international reverse supply chains by facilitating the trade of secondary, used and reusable goods and materials and other Circular Economy services. The panel included Crispin Conroy from the International Chamber of Commerce, Jack Barrie from Chatham House, and Amy Burke from HP Inc.
