Benefits
In addition to a highly competitive salary, Silverado will cover: 75% of the employee's health insurance monthly premium, 100% of the monthly premium for dental insurance, as well as short-term disability and basic life insurance plans paid for completely. As a non-profit, Silverado Policy Accelerator is an eligible employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness programs.
Flexibility
Silverado is a 21st century think-tank with 21st century working standards. Silverado works on a hybrid schedule, splitting time working from home and in our modern office space two minutes from The White House. In addition to 11 federal holidays, Silverado employees are entitled to unlimited paid leave.
