Andrew David joins Silverado Policy Accelerator
Mr. David will serve as Silverado's new senior director of research and analysis.
Silverado Policy Accelerator is thrilled to welcome Andrew S. David to its team as Silverado's new senior director of research and analysis.
Mr. David has more than fifteen years of experience working on international trade and environmental issues. Prior to joining Silverado, he worked on trade issues at the U.S. International Trade Commission, where he managed projects on trade, industry competitiveness, and environmental goods. He has also authored or co-authored numerous papers and reports on advanced technology products, environmental goods, renewable energy equipment, and other topics. Prior to joining the USITC, he was a Next Generation Fellow at the National Bureau of Asian Research. He also worked at the Cadmus Group and the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Duke University and holds master’s degrees from the LBJ School of Public Affairs and the Department of Asian Studies at The University of Texas at Austin.
At Silverado, he will lead our research and policy analysis, especially in the areas of Trade and Industrial Security and Eco²Sec. Welcome to the team, Andrew!
